We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use this information to respond to you regarding the reason(s) you contacted us. We will not share this information with any third party outside of our organization other than as necessary to fulfill your request or answer your question.

The platform described on www.coalitionforcollegeaccess.org and offered through www.mycoalition.org is provided by the Coalition's third party technology service provider, CollegeNET. Please be aware that with respect to www.mycoalition.org, the Coalition is not responsible for any privacy or security practices, and that CollegeNET’s privacy and security policies exclusively apply. CollegeNET may provide the Coalition with aggregated and de-identified metrics and other data regarding www.mycoalition.org users and/or services. CollegeNET may also provide the Coalition with certain information that platform users provide in the “Profile Section” of their platform accounts on www.mycoalition.org, including name, date of birth, mailing address, email address, phone number(s), sex and gender, race/ethnicity, current schooling status, high school information, grade level, year of planned college enrollment, academic interests, language proficiencies, parent/guardian education level, fee waiver qualification, and application status. The Coalition will not sell or rent this data or information to anyone. Rather, this data and information will be used by the Coalition solely to (i) provide platform users with additional information regarding the Coalition’s free college planning tools, the application, and My Coalition Counselor resources and (ii) assess and improve upon the Coalition’s activities and efforts in support of its mission to increase student access to information about colleges and improve the college application process. Please note that we cannot change information you provide through www.mycoalition.org. If you want to update such information, you must go through the www.mycoalition.org website and make such requests in accordance with CollegeNET policies.
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect the information you provide on www.coalitionforcollegeaccess.org and that we otherwise receive from CollegeNET through www.mycoalition.org. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any or all of the information you transmit to www.coalitionforcollegeaccess.org and/or www.mycoalition.org, and you do so at your own risk.
