CCID Registry
Welcome to the CCID Registry, our vetted, national registry of nonprofit community-based organizations (CBOs) and college access organizations that support and advise students in their college preparations.
Through the CCID Registry, Coalition member schools can easily learn about, reach out to, and potentially recruit from organizations that help prepare students for college — and those organizations can share their profiles and programs with Coalition schools.
We believe that the CCID Registry will create many opportunities to build connections among all student supporters. Search the list.

How it works
A CBO or college access organization that is nonprofit, provides support services to students (preK-14), and/or directly advises students in their college search (like an after-school program or a local scholarship fund) registers for a permanent ID number, known as a CCID.
Then, students who have participated in a program or received support services can identify that organization when they apply via the Coalition.
The CCID does not change, and, every year, important information about the organization, like number of students served and staff contact information, can be updated.

FAQs
What is the CCID Registry?
The CCID Registry is a vetted, national registry of community-based organizations (CBOs) and college access organizations that support and advise students in their college preparations. To join the CCID Registry, these organizations apply for a permanent ID number, called a CCID.
How do colleges and universities know which students are a part of a CBO or college access organization?
When students apply via the Coalition, they can denote that they have been, or are currently, a participant in a CBO or college access organization. Students will be able to select organizations that have a designated CCID.
Who is eligible for a CCID?
Organizations that are nonprofit, provide support services to students (preK-14), and/or directly advise students in their college search may apply for a CCID.
Eligible organizations can apply online for a CCID by completing this form.
What about organizations that provide college access support at a regional or national level, or those that have multiple chapters?
National and regional organizations with or without affiliates are welcome to register for a CCID. When registering, organizations are asked to name any network they belong to, if applicable.
Why should my organization register for a CCID?
In addition to providing a codified identity for your organization in our application, your participation in the registry will be shared with Coalition member schools, granting greater exposure to the programs and services your organization provides for your students. See more benefits of joining.
What is the Coalition for College?
The Coalition is a diverse group of colleges and universities across the U.S. that is working to inspire more students to see themselves in college and to support them through a successful admissions and enrollment process and beyond. We’re strongly committed to supporting students from communities that are traditionally underrepresented in higher education.
